TERMS AND CONDITIONS MOTORHOME RENTAL

* For both high season and low season, there is a minimum rental period of 5 nights. (Subdivisions of the seasons can be found on our website. School vacations and public holidays fall under “high season.

PAYMENT / DEPOSIT
* At the time of booking, you must pay 35% of the rental price. The remainder of 65% plus a deposit of € 750.00 must be paid to us no later than 4 weeks before the rental period begins. All payments are made by bank only. The booking is final upon receipt of 35% of the rental fee. The deposit will be paid by the landlord, without deduction of administration costs
or the like, shall be paid back to Tenant within 14 days, less whatever Tenant shall owe to Landlord.

CANCELLATION + COSTS
* Tenant must notify by email to cancel and this must be confirmed by landlord by email.
* Upon cancellation, the renter will owe the following cancellation fees:
35% of the rent if cancelled up to 4 weeks before start of rental period
50% of the rent if cancelled up to 2 weeks before start of rental period
90% of the rental price for cancellation up to 1 day before start of rental period
100% of the rental price for cancellation on the start date of the rental period

INSURANCE
* Included in the rental price are unlimited mileage and 24-hour emergency service.
*Our motorhomes are all risk insured (deductible € 500.00).
* For the account of tenant remains damage to third parties, which for whatever reason are not compensated by insurer, as well as excess of € 500.00 per event for each individual damage, at home and abroad.
* For the account of the renter are damages and costs not covered by insurance such as driving under the influence, having the vehicle driven and driven by unauthorized persons, by seizure, drug transport, flooding, destruction of interior and exterior of motorhome.
* Landlord is never liable for personal, material or immaterial damages of the Hirer and his travel party, caused by the use of the motorhome, mechanical failure and/or collision damage, or in case of unused vacation days due to breakdown or repair motorhome.
* The security deposit is in no way redeemable or insurable with us.
* Tenant must provide their own personal travel insurance and/or cancellation insurance, if desired.

OBLIGATION OF THE LESSOR
* Lessor will ensure that the motorhome has been checked for cleaning, tire pressure, lights, oil level and full fuel tank at the start of the rental period

DIRECTOR(S)
* Driver must be at least 26 years old and have held a valid B driver’s license for at least 3 years.
* Motorhomes may only be driven by the driver(s) listed in the rental contract.
* The renter must mail a copy of the original valid driver’s license of the driver(s) , as well as a copy of the passport / ID before the start of the rental period and identify himself with the original when transferring the motorhome

THE RENTER
* is obliged to use the motorhome carefully in accordance with instructions lessor and instruction booklet in motorhome
* is not permitted to give the motorhome to third parties for use or rent.
* is not allowed to transport more persons than allowed. We rent our motorhomes to up to 4 people.
* is required to check the motorhome for damages and defects upon issuance. The defects are recorded on paper by tenant and landlord. At that time, the renter is responsible for all unreported damage to the motorhome. Should you have missed anything, please report it within 1 hour, through footage. If you did not report it, any defects will be assigned to you after your return.
* must return the RV in the same condition in which it was received, in a timely manner as agreed upon in rental agreement.
* is required to report any damages and defects incurred to Lessor when returning the motorhome.
* must not drive the motorhome through rough terrain or off the beaten path
* may only make necessary repairs to motorhome up to €50.00, in consultation with lessor and preferably at a dealer brand motorhome. Costs of this will be refunded by bank only if an original bill has been handed over and if the necessary repair was not brought about by incompetent use.
* should keep all fluids (including engine oil, coolant) and tire pressure at the required level.

COSTS DURING RENTAL
* The motorhome is delivered with a full fuel tank. You must return the motorhome to us with a full fuel tank. If you do not return the motorhome refueled, we will charge an additional €25.00 on top of the fuel cost.
* If you refuel the motorhome with the wrong liquid, the resulting damage and all additional costs are the responsibility of the renter.
* Costs directly related to the use of the motorhome such as fuel,oil, tire repair, windshield damage, dues, fines, tolls, parking fees, and court costs are the responsibility of the renter.

NON-COMPLIANCE
* Renewal of the lease can never be done without consulting the landlord and is done only based on availability.
* Later pickup and/or earlier return of the rented motorhome will in no case result in a refund of all or part of the rental fee.
* If the Hirer returns the motorhome later than agreed, the Lessor shall be entitled to a proportional increase in the rental price. The double daily rate will be charged as well as the resulting charges for the next tenant.

OVERVIEW
* If, due to force majeure, the reserved RV cannot be delivered, the Lessor will do his best to provide a replacement RV. However, no rights can be derived from this, the tenant is hereby obliged to accept a comparable alternative offered by the landlord. Should it not be possible to provide a replacement RV, the injured party can only claim a refund of lost days of rental.

PECH UNDERWAY
* In case of vehicle breakdown, one can always call for assistance through the emergency center. Also contact the landlord so that any follow-up actions can be discussed and, if possible, action taken to save as much time as possible and prevent further damage.
* In a collision, involving multiple people and/or vehicles, call the police at all times. The renter must take (or have taken) footage and complete the European claim form in its entirety. Tenant should ask the authority for a report/procès-verbal. Tenant must provide all details of the other party (name, address, license plate number, insurance company and policy number) and possibly details of eyewitness(es).

CLEAN
* The renter will receive a clean motorhome at the start of the rental period. At the end of the rental period, the renter must have cleaned the inside of the motorhome
* Waste water and fresh water tanks and cassette toilet must be empty and clean!
* cooking area incl. dishes, refrigerator and sink should be clean
* toilet / shower room should be clean
* living and sleeping area should be tidy and clean
* BBQ/grill should be clean
* If tenant does not comply with the above will be charged € 125.00 cleaning fee
* The exterior of the motorhome will continue to be cleaned by the rental company.
* It is not allowed to take the motorhome through the automatic car wash.
* Smoking is not allowed in the motorhome. Should the landlord find that the motorhome has been smoked, €250.00 will be charged.
* It is forbidden to keep pets in the motorhome
* It is prohibited to use a deep fryer in the motorhome.
* It is prohibited to overload the motorhome.
* It is prohibited to make changes to the motorhome as decoration by means of stickers or other decorations that are difficult to remove or changes whereby the application remains visible.
* It is forbidden to store large objects like bicycle / BBQ / surfboard in camper. This can contaminate and damage the interior.
* It is forbidden to light candles indoors. This due to fire hazard

APPLICABLE LAW
* All our agreements are governed by Dutch law.
* In the event of a dispute, landlord and tenant will make every effort to reach a solution before a court is involved.
